The terms for using 7prolabs.com, and the WhatsApp and Instagram integrations of our products.

1. About these terms
These terms are offered by GKWJ LLC, d/b/a 7 Pro Labs («7 Pro Labs», «we»). They apply to the 7prolabs.com website and to the WhatsApp and Instagram integrations of our products. Each product also has its own terms, which govern your subscription to it:

Where a product’s terms or a signed contract say something different, they prevail for that product.
2. Using the website
- Use the website lawfully. Do not try to break it, overload it, scrape it or access it without permission.
- Information on the website is general and may change. Prices and features are confirmed in each product or in a written proposal.
- Event registrations, payments and cancellations follow the conditions shown on each event’s page.
3. WhatsApp and Instagram integrations
- Connect only WhatsApp numbers and Instagram accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
- You must comply with Meta’s terms and policies. These include the Meta Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Business Messaging Policy, and Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
- Before you message someone, you need a lawful basis and, where the law or WhatsApp requires it, the person’s opt-in. You must honour requests to stop.
- You are responsible for the content of the messages, templates and automated replies you send or configure, including AI-assisted replies.
- Our products apply Meta’s limits. Examples: free-form replies only within 24 hours of the customer’s last message, with approved templates after that; and one private reply per Instagram comment, within seven days. We may pause an integration or a message when needed to comply with these limits, with Meta’s instructions or with the law.
- These integrations depend on Meta, which can change or withdraw features at any time. We are not responsible for outages or changes on Meta’s side.
- You can disconnect an integration at any time. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the data.
4. AI features
Some features use AI to transcribe, summarise, draft or reply. AI output can be wrong, so you remain responsible for reviewing it and for the decisions you take.
5. Intellectual property
The website, our products and their content belong to 7 Pro Labs or its licensors. You keep all rights to your own data and content.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided «as is». To the extent the law allows, 7 Pro Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability relating to the website is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. We also announce material changes to customers in the products.
